Windows 10 + DisplayFusion + AnyDesk + Dual Monitors = Constant Resolution Change
1 discussion post | Hi all, Like the subject states, I am having constant resolution changes with the combination of DisplayFusion and AnyDesk remote software. My main monitor is in 4K resolution and my second monitor is in 1080p. When I am connected into my PC remotely through AnyDesk, after a few minutes my main resolution will drop to 1080p, I will lose dual monitors (both are still listed but they are mirrored), and I get a DisplayFusion notification that my resolution has changed. This does not happen when I'm in front of the machine, only when I remote in. Because this doesn't happen locally, I know it's not any fault with DisplayFusion. Most likely, it's AnyDesk not playing fair. However, I haven't been able to get a straight answer out of AnyDesk, so I'm here. Does anyone else have this combination and the same issues? It's a crap shoot how long I'll be connected before my resolution drops. Thanks in advance for any insight. RC |
We haven't run into that before but I don't recall any other customers running the same combination of hardware and software. If you exit DisplayFusion after connecting through AnyDesk, does it still happen? | |

Anydesk 2 Monitore Gleichzeitig
Anydesk is a window application, Fullscreen mode will snap to the full size of one of your monitors. If you are looking to expand AnyDesk's window across both of your monitors then this is possible, just not in fullscreen. Granted, I am not certain why you would want to do this in the first place due to the display bezel. NOTE: Currently, a Permedia video adapter cannot be used as your primary video adapter (excludes the Permedia NT and Permedia-2). For information about how to use multiple monitors in Windows 98, click Start, click Help, click the Index tab, type multiple, and then double-click the 'Multiple display support' topic. 2 Summary on Test Results 2.1 Summary Tests showed that Anydesk shows good benchmark results in comparison with other competitors: TeamViewer, RemotePC by iDrive and RDP are the main competitors of the Anydesk tool based on the performance score of all 4 tests (Full results can be seen in paragraph 3.4 of the document).
